1.  I, the purchaser, herein referred to as 'The Buyer', states that you are at least 21 years of age.

2.  I understand that NdFeB magnets, and other supplies purchased from United Nuclear Scientific Supplies, LLC. can be very dangerous and may endanger my life.

3.   I understand the Buyer's exclusive remedy, for any cause or claim whatsoever, including but not limited to alleged breach of warranty, product liability, negligence, or otherwise, shall be for money damages in an amount not to exceed the purchase price paid for the product (excluding shipping) in respect to which the claim is made. In no event shall United Nuclear Scientific Supplies, LLC. or anyone involved with United Nuclear Scientific Supplies, LLC., be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages, whether the buyer's claim in contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. In consideration of the sale of the products to the buyer, the buyer agrees to indemnify and hold United Nuclear Scientific Supplies, LLC. and its agents  harmless from all claims, expenses, losses and liability of any nature whatsoever arising out of the buyer's handling and/or use of the products, whether used alone or in combination with any other substance.

4. The undersigned will not use the materials purchased in violation of any local, state, or federal law.

5.  The undersigned agrees to hold the seller harmless from and will indemnify seller from damages caused by the use of the materials purchased.

6.  This agreement applies to all your purchases: past, present & future.
