They require no special licensing, handling, storage or disposal.

To ensure the longest half-life possible, we do NOT keep isotopes in stock.
All isotopes are fabricated to order and shipped directly to you from the
NRC licensed nuclear isotope manufacturer in Oak Ridge, TN.

Individual Isotope Disk Sources
Radioactive material is sealed in the plastic/epoxy to prevent leakage and contamination.
These sealed plastic disks measure 1" in diameter and just under 1/8" thick.

All Isotopes are sold by the microcurie (uCi)
( 1 microcurie = 2.22 x 10E6 disintegrations / minute = 2,220,000 cpm )

Normal sources are + or - 20% pf stated value.
For calibrated sources, add $120.00 and source will be + or - 5% of stated value and will include a calibration certificate.
Calibration is only available for gamma sources.
