We occasionally get in used High Capacity Vacuum Pumps.
These units are not worn down, beat to death pumps. They are 'zero timed'. That means they have been totally refurbished at a factory authorized shop to bring them back to original specifications.
The only mechanical difference between a used pump and a new one is that a new pump looks bright & shiny, and the used pumps frequently have scratches and surface abrasions on them.

High Vacuum Oil

It's generally a good idea to change the oil in vacuum pumps once in a while to maintain high vacuum levels. The oil traps and contains contaminants imurities in the air it evacuates as well as water vapor. Eventually the water & contaminants build up and prevent the pump from reaching its ultimate vacuum.
Our Premium High Vacuum Oil is ideal for any high vacuum pump application.
Note: Never use ordinary motor oil or other common oils in Vacuum Pumps!
